Meet the Founder
Pete Roulet — Financial Planner
Pete Roulet built Aikoa Wealth because he has lived inside the emergency medicine world in a way most financial planners never will.
He spent years working on ambulances in Los Angeles and inside emergency departments — thousands of hours across both, often working directly alongside the physicians he now serves. That perspective is something no financial credential can replicate.
Before that, Pete worked as a commercial diver and the medic for his dive teams — high-risk environments where training, preparation, and calm decision-making are not optional. The same discipline shapes how he builds financial plans.
After EMS, Pete built and ran businesses, managed operations inside one of the largest healthcare companies in the world, and taught leadership across healthcare organizations and universities. Running businesses is what brought him to finance.
What every role made clear: time and money are your two most critical resources. Once money is solved and no longer a source of stress, time becomes the priority — and getting that time back is the entire point. That is why Aikoa Wealth exists.
